Crying May Endure for a Night
Monday Night Prayer
Prayer point 1.
Today we would like to focus on waiting for healing but finding none. I just want to encourage you to say it may be for now but the Lord will surely come to your rescue. As His word says that suddenly He will come to your rescue.
Malachi 3:1 “Behold, I will send My messenger, who will prepare the way before Me. Then the Lord whom you seek will suddenly come to His temple–the Messenger of the covenant, in whom you delight–see, He is coming,” says the LORD of Hosts.
We want topray that you don’t lose hope in waiting for your miracle. The children of Israel ha dgone round and round the walls of Jericho 7 times before it suddenly crumbled to the ground on the 7th round. With each step you are getting closer to your victory in the name of Jesus. So hold on to your faith even when nothing makes sense.
Joshua 6:4-5
“On the seventh day, march around the city seven times, with the priests blowing the trumpets. When you hear them sound a long blast on the trumpets, have the whole army give a loud shout; then the wall of the city will collapse and the army will go up, everyone straight in” (Joshua 6:4-5).
Prayer point 2
When praises go up, blessings come down. Today we want to give God the praise for the breath in our lungs, for the strength in our bodies to even come to this platform, we want to give God praise for the blessings that we don’t see but we believe He has done it already hallelujah! WE believe healing is our portion and He has done it for us according to His word. Jesus tells us this, ‘Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.’’ Mark 11:24 Today I would like to believe that God is about to turn it all around for you. He is our safe refuge. And He will do it. The healing you have been waiting for is here. Malachi 4:2 “But for you who fear My name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings, and you will go out and leap like calves from the stall. But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its rays. And so today the may the sun of righteousness rise up with healing in its wings for you and restore you to good health in name of Jesus. May you be healed in Jesus mighty name.
Prayer point 3
John Chapter 11 when Lazarus is raised from the dead, Jesus doesn’t say anything much, except, 4 When he heard this, Jesus said, “This sickness will not end in death. No, it is for God’s glory so that God’s Son may be glorified through it.”…8 “But Rabbi,” they said, “a short while ago the Jews there tried to stone you, and yet you are going back?”
The Lord knew that the Jews would not stone Him until He had fulfilled His ministry. Therefore, He still went back to Judea to raise Lazarus from the dead.
38 Jesus, once more deeply moved, came to the tomb. It was a cave with a stone laid across the entrance. 39 “Take away the stone,” he said.If the tombstone had not been removed, Lazarus would have struggles to get out. Today we want to pray that anything that has been cause an obstruction ot your healing will be removed in the name of Jesus. May the Lord speak to your body tonight just as he did with Lazarus and bring life to your body tonight in Jesus name. It doesn’t matter how long you have been in this condition. The man at the pool of Bethesda had been there for 38 years But the Lo9rd healed him instantly. John 5:5-6.
Prayer point 4
We want to give thanks to the Lord. In John chapter 11, Jesus simply says, “I thank you, Father, because you always hear me.” May we have faith to believe that whenever we ask, the Lord hears us. In the name of Jesus.
Father, I thank You that You have heard Me. 42 And I know that You always hear Me, but because of the people who are standing by I said this, that they may believe that You sent Me.”
May He call your name today, lifting you up from where you lie in pain. From the bed of despair, may the Lord raise you. May He breathe life into your bones today, in Jesus’ name. Though crying may have endured for the night, this is your morning. Your dawn has come—trust the Lord to fulfil His purpose in you today, in Jesus’ name.
