This is the heartbeat of everything we do. God's Word is deep, living, and inexhaustible — but it doesn't have to be overwhelming. WIBS exists to bring you into that Word progressively: one passage, one truth, one bite at a time. Small and steady wins the race with God.
Our Mission
We exist to fulfil the Great Commission — reaching out to those who need the love and power of God most.
The Broken Hearted
Reaching those carrying grief, loss, and disappointment — with the comfort only God's Word can bring.
The Weak & Weary
Strengthening those who are tired and worn down — pointing them back to the source of all strength.
The Oppressed
Standing on the authority of Christ to bring freedom to those bound by fear, darkness, and spiritual oppression.
We Believe
Jesus Christ, Son of God
We believe in Jesus Christ — the true Son of the Living God — who died for our sins, was buried, rose from the dead on the third day, and is coming again.
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the Holy Spirit, who was sent by the Father to accomplish God's will in us, empower believers, and guide us into all truth.
The Infallible Word
We believe the Bible is the true, infallible Word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit. All Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for doctrine, correction, and instruction. (2 Timothy 3:16)
The Word as Daily Bread
We believe man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God. The Word is not optional — it is essential. (Matthew 4:4)

Cherrie is a child of the Most High God, a mother of three, and a woman on fire for the gospel. She is passionate about evangelism and getting people to know the good news of Jesus Christ — but above all, striving for righteousness, because as the Lord says, "Be holy, for I am holy."
She believes deeply in the work of the Holy Spirit and the gifts of the Spirit for the benefit of the body of Christ. A publishing author, she channels that love of Scripture into her writing, blogging, and teaching. She is also a passionate mentor who desires to see women transformed, equipped for their livelihood, and prepared for the Kingdom.
Beyond founding Word in Bite Size, Cherrie serves across multiple women's ministries. She is the former Executive Chairperson of Esthers for the Nations (EFN) and continues to serve as a Pastor within the ministry. EFN is an international organisation raising women to study the Word, pray for themselves, their families, communities, and nations — while supporting women's economic empowerment projects across Africa and the UK.
Cherrie is also a committed activist against domestic violence and abuse in all forms, and carries a deep desire to see women completely liberated from its hold.
